Otterbein journalists, police in public records fight

That we are.

And thanks to ThisWeek Community News and then the Columbus Dispatch, now more people know about it.

The majority of my Otterbein career has revolved around this issue, and the amount of case law that I have studied has made me think about law school more than once. Who is correct, then? Well, it will be months before the Elon case is decided, which could either be a huge blow or a huge boost to our case.
